Home Care Products and its Services

As home care services are highly regulated by the government and industry bodies, online lead generation has not mushroomed as in other industry verticals. However, the opportunities in this industry are very large. As the population is aging quickly and the health care costs are skyrocketing uncontrollably, consumers are looking forward to technology for researching products and services, cutting costs and improving health care. As more and more health care systems get automated in the near future, the rules and regulations will be more clear and easier to follow.

Home Care Leads Generation

Since cold calling is not allowed for sales promotion, lead generation services providers still depend on traditional marketing and leadgen channels such television, radio and print advertisement. Once the potential customers see the advertisement and call the telephone number advertised, the agents carefully screen the calls and then pass on the leads to the service providers and product suppliers.

Home care leads fall into two major categories: Home care equipment and Home care services. The lead generation companies have to wade through lot of legal issues and make sure that they are following rules such as HIPAA regulations, state rules, Medicare regulations and other privacy regulations.

Lead Distribution and Management

The home care providers also exercise great caution when buying leads from third parties, as they are ultimately responsible for the issues, if any. For example, a consumer could have called a lead generation service and the lead company could have passed on the contact information to the service provider. The service provider must have clear record of the entire conversation / communication, so that they can defend themselves in case of issues; the buyer also will have the right to inspect the processes of the lead generation company.

Home care lead generation firms have started using advanced lead generation management system software for distribution, delivery and tracking of leads. The lead distribution systems supports recording of telephone conversation and tracking entire lead movement from end to end.

Home Medical Equipment (HME) companies have to make sure that they are buying from established lead suppliers and foolproof systems and procedures are used by the firms concerned.

The lead acquisition companies should make sure that express consent is obtained from the prospective customers. Internet lead generation is to be carefully planned and executed. For instance, the lead company should specifically inform them that they will be passing on the contact and related information to another third party (i.e equipment / service provider). Even in such cases, the communication is considered as marketing and hence payment is not a referral fee. Hence the lead generation firms and the lead buying home care companies enter into a business associate relationship.

The lead companies are not allowed to discuss medical conditions or prescription information with the potential customer, while they might check the insurance eligibility.

Setting Up Your Own Home Beer Brewing

When setting you your own home brewing for beer you will require at least the minimum equipment which you can not avoid. Most of this equipment we can find easily online or at your local shop. Finding the right home brewing supplier is important as once you found the right one you can ask them all the questions you need to know to ensure a good set up. Have a budget in mind as the price of kits can range a fair bit and you will not get surprised so much.

Here is a short list of items that you require:

Brew Pot
The first item that you can not avoid is the brew pot in which you will be brewing your Wort. Wort is the term we use for beer before we actually brew or ferment it. As ladies do tell us, size does mater and the bigger the better. You should be looking for a least a brew pot of 20 to 30 quarts, as the more wort you boil the better the quality the end result of beer.

Primary Fermenter
Another vital piece of equipment is the primary fermenter, we pour the cooled wort after it has been brewed. The fermenter will need to have an air tight lid and a small hole for the airlock to attach.

The airlock is the devise that is used to remove the carbon dioxide from the primary fermenter, an airlock is filled with water to ensure no air or germs are able to enter the beer.

Bottling Bucket
You will require a goof bottling bucket or priming vessel that we will use when bottling up the beer. Look for one that has a removable plug on the bottom to assist us.

Other Miscellaneous items
Other items such as glass bottles, rubber stops, and flexible hoses, bottling tubes and bottle brushes and a bottle capper, there are more and we can go on for ever.

Another item that we can consider optional as some people feel it is not required is the hydrometer. It will measure the density and the amount of alcohol that is produced during the fermentation process. The hydrometer is used be simply taking reading before the fermentation starts and once again afterwards, and by subtracting the two answers you get the alcohol content.

You will find many websites on the internet that have good advice on all the topics for brewing beer at home covering such topics as equipment.

Basic Office Supplies For a Home and Business

Whether you work from home or you would just like to be more organised, the right office supplies can make your work much easier. Since you are the only one using these supplies, you can't depend on someone else noticing when things run out. Keeping a cabinet well stocked with basic office supplies and stationery will help you to maintain a more organised work area and keep track of what you need. Even when you are not working, you can use these essentials around your home at anytime.

1. Stationery is a vital way of expressing yourself and your business. You can make it more professional by having a logo printed on your stationery or use a more neutral color for both business and leisure. Envelopes can also be printed with logos or can be matched with the paper used. Stationery comes in all colours and patterns. You will also need a good supply of stamps to send your letters in the mail.

2. Pens and highlighters in a variety of colors can be used to highlight or accent things that need noticing or to stand out. You will find that when working or not, it is a must to have several ink pens handy.

3. Pencils and a pencil sharpener will come in handy when jotting on your Post It Notes. You can stick Post It Notes to anything for easy remembering. You will find using a pencil while doing rough drafts so much easier than using pens. You won't have to start over, just erase it. Also, you will save on paper when using pencils.

4. Paper clips can make your office look neater. By placing loose papers together, it will give it a look of less chaos and clutter. It can also help you to keep important papers together without using staples.

5. By having a stapler, you can bind papers together with the security of knowing that they will not come loose. You will also need a stapler remover and staples.

6. Tape and rubber bands can also help you to keep things together. When using tape, a tape dispenser is handy but not required. Tape can be used on letters, wrapping presents or other projects. Rubber bands are not used as often but are nice to have on hand.

7. A hole puncher is necessary if you plan on having ring binders around. You can find hole punchers with one, two, or three punchers for different tasks.

8. Notebooks and computer paper are the most used items in an office. Having an ample supply of both will ensure that you never get behind on your tasks. Notebooks can be used for notes, lists and tasks at hand. Computer paper not only will give you copies and printouts, but will also serve as stationery if you ever run out.

9. If you have a filing cabinet, folders or files should be put on your list of office supplies. These will not only organize your filing cabinet, but will make it much easier to keep track of the things that are in them. Files come in different shapes, colors and sizes to suit your needs. You can find hanging files if you want a more open filing system. Some come with clasps inside to help you keep the contents neater.

10. Having an extra ink cartridge on hand is a must. You don't want to run out in the middle of that important project. When you order ink cartridges, it is best to order extra since it takes a while to have them shipped to you.

As you can see, office supplies are not just used in the office anymore. We are continuously finding more and more ways to make our lives easier by using basic office supplies around our homes.

Home Security System Supplies - Choose the Right Components For Your System

We all want our families to be safe and in the modern world that we live in today advances in technology can help keep our families safe and give us peace of mind. There are almost countless options when it comes to home security systems today. Choosing the various supplies and components you'll need will depend on the degree of protection you require and of course any budgetary restrictions. So let's talk about some of the home security system supplies available today.

There are security cameras, both wired and wireless. These cameras may act as a deterrent to any potential thieves. Wireless cameras are relatively easy to install and can be done by a do-it-yourselfer over the course of the weekend.

Every home security system will have magnetic contacts. These contacts are used to detect when a door or window is opened. One contact would be in the door itself the other contact being in the door jamb. When the connection is broken the alarm is triggered.

Motion detectors are also a common components in a home security system. For outdoor use, a motion detector can be used to turn on a light when someone approaches the house. They may also be used to sound a chime alerting you to the fact that someone is approaching the house. Indoors, motion detectors can cover any area that you wish. You may not have every door and window in your house equipped with magnetic contacts. If that is the case, those particular doors or windows can serve as access points that would not trigger an alarm. However, a motion detector can cover an area such as this.

Another important component in a home security system are glass break sensors. If someone were to break a window but the window frame remains intact it may not trigger an alarm equipped with magnetic contacts. In this case, the glass break sensor would detect the sound that breaking glass makes and trigger the alarm.

Other home security system supplies that are available today include smoked detectors, gas and carbon monoxide detectors, temperature and humidity sensors, photoelectric beam detectors, and more. The list of available components and features seems almost endless. It certainly is a good idea to equip your home with a security system but it's also a good idea to do your homework before getting started with the project.

Home Brewing Supplies - Types of Beer Glasses

The more experience you get as you make your own beer, the more important many otherwise overlooked parts of the process become.

For example, before gaining experience in home beer making, the glass you drank from was probably an afterthought. If it looked pretty clean and did not leak, it did the job of getting the beer from the bottle, can, or keg into your mouth.

But now, as more of a connoisseur of all things beer you have undoubtedly come to the realization that drinking beer from your home brewery is an important ritual and not one to be taken too lightly. Where once any glass would do, now it is important to have a glass that enhances the whole beer drinking experience.

We are all familiar with the standard beer mugs sold by Crate and Barrel as well as many other retailers and they are, indeed, a good glass for many types of beer. But, their best feature is that they are a heavy piece of glassware that won't break when bringing them together in a toast. All in all, they are just fun to use and are a great choice when savoring the brew isn't the main point.

Probably the most popular beer glass is the Pilsner glass which came to us from Germany where it was originally developed. Largely due to its use in countless beer ads, it has become the iconic beer glass in America. It does a very good job of showing off the color and clarity of the brew and promotes a good head.

But, there are a few more types of beer glasses that you may well want to add to your home brewery set up in order to maximize your drinking pleasure.

  • The Snifter
  • Although we associate these glasses with brandy and cognac they are also very good with strong ales largely because their tapered mouths capture all the aromas. Also, their barrel shape promotes swirling the brew to release the volatiles.
  • The Tulip Glass
  • This is another shape that is much more associated with wine or cordials than with beer. Its tulip shape promotes a large, foamy head an capturing the aroma.
  • Large (22oz) Wine Glass
  • The large size allows for a fully formed and aromatic head. Great for use with Belgian Ale recipes.
These are just three of many types of glasses that can be successfully used. Other types include: the flute glass (most often used with Champagne), the Goblet, and the more traditional Pint Glass.

Whatever recipe you are brewing up, there is a specific glass that will enhance the taste, aroma and all around drinking experience.

There are many easy at home crafts that involve little cost or investment other than your time.

Recycling and reusing has become a stronghold in most families. Taking care of the environment should be a priority to us all. Consider how the reuse of some items can be turned into a craft item. Things like CDs actually have more uses than most people might assume. Glue two of them together with the reflective sides facing outward to create a sun catcher. Hang it with a pretty piece of ribbon or crazy coloured shoelace. Try putting Christmas lights through the hole of the CD to create a reflector that intensifies the brightness of the lights. Have the kids make some for grandparents as a gift or help add a sparkle to your own home.

Origami is a fun craft idea that easily holds the interest of kids. There are many easy step by step instructional tools found online to get you started. Origami involves everything from the incredibly easy to the advanced so look up your skill level and see what you can create. Purchase beautifully decorated wrapping paper for this project or make your own with sparkles and glue. Take the opportunity to teach your child about the history of Origami and the meaning behind some of the pieces.

Design and decorate a bookmark to promote literacy in your home and get your children active in crafts. Start with sturdy construction paper and a variety of decorative supplies like markers, stickers or sparkles. Have your kids select a favourite story and create their bookmark based on the theme of the book. Not only does it get them creative, it can also get them excited about reading which some parents have difficulty with.

Many people find sewing to be a craft that allows for creativity while also providing one with quiet time to focus on a hobby of their choice. Sewing clothing items creates an original gift to give or to keep for your own personal use. Cross stitching is something that can be done at all ages. By following a pattern, simply sew according to the required steps and the result will be a beautiful picture that can be hung for decoration or given as a gift.

People who devote time to workings on crafts or participating in a hobby tend to experience lower stress levels than those who work with no time for play. It's necessary to unwind sometimes by doing something you enjoy. Look online for ideas or join a local hobby group. Whether you do it alone or with others, it's important that you're having fun. You don't have to leave the house to enjoy craft making. Get creative with the tools around you.

Home Brew Supplies

If you are into brewing your own beer, then you need home brew supplies and lots of them. Although many shops offer a variety of products on home brewing, you still have to discern which among the many homebrew kits fit what you need.

The first thing that you need to know is how much beer do you actually want to produce? If you want to make around five gallons of beer then your brewing kit must be able to yield this amount. There are brewing kits that would give you this and there are those that won't. Thus, when purchasing home brew supplies, make sure that you read the details attached to the items. It is also advisable for you to ask someone who works at the shop to help you if you need clarifications regarding home brewing products.

Second, your home brew supplies must include buckets for fermenting and bottling. Your fermenting bucket must have an airlock so that bacteria and oxygen cannot get into your supply of unfermented beer. It is recommended for your bottling bucket to have a spigot because the spigot makes it easier to transfer the beer from the bottling bucket to the beer bottles or beer keg - if bottles are too much of a hassle for you. You may also use kettles and various pots for brewing, boiling and mashing the ingredients for your homemade beer.

In addition to the above, you need a siphon in order to transfer your fermented beer from the fermenting bucket to your bottling bucket. Automatic siphons are good home brew supplies because they are more sanitary than non-automatic ones. Quality cappers and caps are also items that you should add to your home brewing kits.

Grains, malt extracts and yeast are also essential because they are basically the source of your beer. How would you produce beer without them? Similarly, if you want to add flavor to your home brew beer you need to put in flavorings and spices such as licorice stick, spruce essence and dried ginger root. Aside from these, hops such as Cascade Leaf Hops can also be used to add taste to your home made beer.

To control the temperature of your beer and therefore improve its quality and consistency, you need a thermometer that gives an accurate measurement. In addition, you should include a hydrometer in your list of beer making must-haves because this instrument keeps track of the beer wort's density rather than water density. By doing so, the hydrometer is able to determine if the beer is fermented enough for bottling.

Finally, you need sanitizers and cleaners for your beer brewing equipments. Even if they are not really part of your beer brewing supplies, they are obviously necessary to keep your items clean and reusable.

In sum, brewing your own beer can be a whole lot of fun... but before you can engage in it you must know the 101 on home brew supplies.

Look For Home Brew Supplies to Make Your Next Beer

It's a hot summer day and the sun is beating down mercilessly as you fan yourself while running home after an energetic walk across the park.

You make a dash to the fridge, take out an ice cold beer and hold it against your face and feel the scorching heat recede. You pull out the tab and watch the froth bubble out of the can and spill on to your fingers.

You hold it to your mouth and let the icy liquid run down your throat as you close your eyes in sheer bliss.

Can anything be better than ice-cold beer to quench your thirst?

For centuries, beer is considered to be one of the world's favorite drinks with over hundreds of different varieties that are either sold commercially or home brewed with the use of home brew kits. Until the 1700s, beer was domestically brewed and is generally for personal consumption. Innovations such as the thermometer and hydrometer have significantly improved the efficiency of beer brewing using beer brewing supplies.

Most breweries started as a family business with the tradition being passed on to generations. This is especially true in Europe where brewing supplies are quite common.

For beer enthusiasts and those who have tried home beer, commercially sold beer is nothing compared to beer that is made at home using home brew supplies and home brewing equipments. When you have your home brew supplies and brew your own beer, you have the freedom to adjust the taste according to your preferences.

You also have the option to experiment and create beer varieties that are not available in the open market such as beer with low or high ethanol content or less calories to make it less fattening. With your own beer brewing supplies, you can also experiment on different proportions and ingredients.

Home Brew Supplies Needed to Get Started With a Home Brewing Hobby

If you are starting to explore the world of brewing beer at home I am sure you have many questions, not the least of which is how much equipment does it take to set up a home brewery and how costly is it? Just like most things, when you home brew beer you can start very inexpensively and with just a basic equipment list. Or, if you prefer, you can spend quite a bit more, load up on a lot more equipment and devote a lot of space to your hobby. Both will provide you with very excellent beer so, really, the choice is yours alone.

So lets make an assumption that you are going to start small and work your way up. What type of beer brewing supplies are you going to need and where can you purchase all these items? Don't be intimidated, there are hundreds of retailers online who sell beer making kits and other supplies to the home brewer. Going back to our assumption that you are going to want to start small, this is a basic equipment list needed to successfully brew beer in your home. I should also point out that this equipment list is typical of beer kits sold online by retailers for less than a hundred dollars.

* Bottling bucket
* Fermenter with lid
* airlock
* bottle capping tool
* bottle caps
* racking tube
* siphon tube
* bottle brush
* thermometer
* hydrometer
* equipment cleaner
* instructions for use
* equipment cleaner

The only things you need to add to this list is the ingredients themselves and the bottles to put the beer in once it is done. You can usually purchase the bottles from the same retailers that sell the beer making kits and other beer brewing supplies. But be aware that bottles are heavy and will cost some to ship so plan on reusing them several times. This wont be a problem if you take time to thoroughly clean and sterilize them after each use.

The last thing you are going to need is the ingredients to put into your beer kit! Again the retailers carry a wide assortment of recipes with the ingredients pre-measured and almost guaranteed to produce a quality batch with each brew!

State of Home Care Products and Services Lead Generation Industry

In such a scenario with highly regulated business environment, it is essential to follow the rules by the book. Automation will certainly reduce some manual efforts, so that more critical business tasks can be focused. Automated lead aggregation and management systems can help lead companies operating at regional or national levels gain maximum benefits by reducing the manual process errors and increasing the efficiency of the lead distribution and tracking process.

The 101 on Home Brew Supplies

Get to Know Your House - Your Water Supply

Home is the abode of dreams, happiness and love. Every human nature will be to glorify his home through creative interior decorating ideas. Home decoration is the reflection of a person’s soul. Every one wants to stand with pride in their dream homes and make it look as they have always imagined.

Knowing the main aspects of your electrical service, gas system and water supply is empowering information when unexpected events happen in your home, like gas or water leaks or current overloads that leave your room in the dark at night time.

If water comes into your home from a private or municipal company, you will find an outside water supply control that the company employees will operate with special tools. If you suspect that there is a leak in the larger system, given an unusual water flow near the street, call the company to come and investigate and eventually repair the situation.

You should know where the water meter outside your house is and look inside for the water pipe supplying your home. What is of special interest to you is where the shutoff valves are placed. In an older house, the water control is usually a gate valve having a round handle. In newer buildings the straight-handled ball valve is used.

The way a gate valve works is the way any round handled faucet works. Clockwise turns shut the water supply off, while counterclockwise turns will allow the flow to run normally. Sometimes the valve may be difficult to turn, but using some lubricant will ease the process. Main controls are not operated often and that is why an old gate valve can be very difficult to turn on and off after some time of not being used. If the lubricant doesn't do the trick, then a plumber should be called in if you need to turn the supply on or off.

Ball valves are strong and last long and you may replace old gate valves with one. The way they are operated is this: when the handle is parallel to the pipe it means that there is water flow, when it is perpendicular to the pipe (right angle), then the water is shut off.

If you live in the countryside you probably get your water from a well, since there may be no municipal water service there. Find out where the well is located and where the water pipe comes into your house. You will find a shutoff just like the ones described above, only no water meter. If water is leaking in your house you can stop the water flow by using the shutoff at the pipe or by shutting off the circuit that has the well pump under control. You will do that from your electrical panel.

If a private water well supplies your home, the waste water will usually go to a septic tank and septic field on your property. If you didn't receive a map showing where your septic system is when you moved in, then go to the county Board of Health to get one. You should also find a company to regularly pump out your septic tank. The frequency for this operation is chosen depending on the number of people living in your house.

* Bottling bucket
* Fermenter with lid
* airlock
* bottle capping tool
* bottle caps
* racking tube
* siphon tube
* bottle brush
* thermometer
* hydrometer
* equipment cleaner
* instructions for use
* equipment cleaner

Building Muscle With at Home Supplies

First, we should outline a couple of things like: The types of workouts that achieve a good level of fitness without adding in machines can be intense, but they are made to burn fat and work all of your muscle groupings. Doing this should make you look more "Natural" when it comes to body tone. The desire to build muscle without weights is usually a result of your wanting to get into better shape or not wanting to spend money. Also, you may not live by a gym or something like that. A lot of doctors and coaches actually want to stray away from HUGE lifting because you could injure yourself!

You may be asking how you would go about this journey? The most commonly used methods are exercises that rely on your own body weight for resistance. You must have some sort of resistance to build muscle, that's how you actually 'work out'. To simplify, while working out muscles intensely you are actually damaging muscle, don't worry it's not bad damage BUT, when the body repairs this damage you end up with a stronger set of muscles! Body builders often use less weight and more reps when working out with lifting so they get "cut". If you've actually taken the time to look at yourself in a mirror after you've "warmed up" you'll notice you're slightly bigger. Now lets look at some techniques!

Push ups are probably the easiest to try out for people. They work out a lot of groups in your chest, shoulders, arms, and even the back. The basic push up is done by getting on your stomach on the floor with your feet and hands spread to your shoulders and "pushing the ground down" so you end up supporting your body weight with your hands and your toes. You do as many repetitions or "reps" as you can handle, for best results. The good thing about push ups is the ability to change them up to target slightly different muscle groups. For instance, if you bring a block roughly a foot high that you can place your hands on for support while doing push ups with your feet touching the floor still, you will shift the muscles you are working on. Try placing the palms of your hands side by side rather than shoulder width apart, so your hands are touching almost, you'll notice it's harder.

Another easy exercise are chin ups. This exercise is working out muscles in your back and arms. To do this may require a bar or a door frame (Careful to use a door frame you know can support your weight!). I have a door way bar though. Again, as with push ups, by changing up your style and how you do it. Try one armed chin ups if you're feeling good that day. (I don't recommend it though.)

Dips are amazing for your back and arms. This involved setting 2 sturdy pieces of furniture together with a small gap in between, and placing your hands one on either side of you and, with your legs folded back to keep from touching the floor, lowering and raising yourself between your two pieces of furniture.

Essential Cleaning Supplies For Speed Cleaning Your Home

Do you have too many cleaning supplies at home? Can't choose what to use? It's because, not all cleaners are essential to have. In terms of cleaning your entire house, why buy different kinds of dusters when you already have a good one. Remember, there are minimal things you need to do the job. Sometimes we're unaware that we tend to have too much yet they all have the same uses.

A broom and a damp cloth are very essential to everyday cleaning and are cheap. Not a vacuum cleaner, not an all-purpose mop, an all-around scrub, or anything which says it can do all these jobs because they're just there to make you spend money, without contributing in solving your problem!

The broom can clean your ceiling, floor, and even your garage. The damp cloth can clean your windows, walls, and furniture. You don't need to buy specific cleaning equipment for each part of the house. This is the reason why we tend to have too many cleaning materials.

Also you could have a smaller brush so you could clean those areas where a broom is too big to use. Places like closets, compartments, dividers, and other places where a broom is to large to fit in. In addition, you could use newspaper, which is very effective in cleaning glass windows or furniture like glass tables and glass dividers.

Newspaper is more effective than your damp cloth because it doesn't leave fibers on your glass and is better at shining it. Don't forget the mop, which could shine the floor and eliminate dust particles that a broom is not able to get rid of.

Always have a container for your cleaning detergent solution. A container that is not too big to haul around, and not too small that it can't hold a sufficient amount of solution. This is for your damp cloth and your mop.

In your cleaning solution use mild detergent and a little bit of freshener to give a clean, good fragrance to your home. Don't use those with strong smells just because you think they are more effective. They can be harmful to skin contact and could ruin some of your furniture. So better not use it.

To know the essential things needed to clean your house depends on what kind of house you're living in. Like how could you use newspaper on the glass and windows, or how could you shine your wooden floor with only a mop in your hand.

So knowing your house is a big factor in choosing these essential supplies. After that, be organized with these supplies, both choosing and using them. You'll learn which cleaning supplies will be used in a certain place at your house. Or knowing what is more and less essential to use.

Being organized is as simple as choosing supplies wisely. If you're organized, then cleaning will become as easy as pie and worrying about too much equipment just won't be an issue.

Home Office Supply Checklist - What Does Your Business Need to Get Started?

Between getting a business license to establishing a website for your services, you may forget about the basic office supplies that you'll need to keep your business running smoothly. Use this checklist to make sure you're ready to take on any business happenings that come your way.

A computer. This goes without saying in this day and age. Even if your business is done locally and not online, you need to have a computer to keep your business in order. From managing your own website to running bookkeeping software, your computer is an essential tool of your home office.

A fax machine/copier/printer. This three in one tool is perfect for small businesses. You'll be able to send and receive faxes, copy paperwork and print off documents from your computer. Make sure you get a quality machine because it will be doing so much in your office. Later on, you may need to upgrade to a separate fax, copier and scanner but to start this type of machine is perfect.

A filing cabinet (or several). Even if you do business online there is going to be a lot of paperwork involved in running your business. You will thank yourself in the future if you take the time to get organized when you start your business. Purchase a two drawer, four drawer or six drawer model to meet your needs. Remember, it's better to have too many drawers at the beginning than not enough.

An expandable file. You'll need a place to keep all the receipts from your business related purchases. An expandable file stored in your filing cabinet is the perfect way to do this. You can organize your receipts by month or by type.

Business cards. Make it a habit to leave these everywhere you go. There's nothing worse than chatting with someone about your business who seems very interested and not being able to pass along your contact information. It's inexpensive and easy to create business cards with you that display your company name, your name, your contact information and a brief blurb about what you do.

Pre-printed business envelopes. Nothing says "start up business" like using plain envelopes for your business correspondence. While there is less business being done by mail these days than their used to be, you should still invest in a small box of envelopes with your company name printed on them.

Planner calendar. This is essential for meeting client deadlines and keeping your business running smoothly. You can use a three month re-writable calendar that is displayed on your office wall. Make sure to calibrate your office calendar with any that you may keep online or on your computer.

Accounting software. Most small business owners use an accounting service to calculate their taxes. You can make it much easier on your accountant or yourself at the end of the year by purchasing accounting software and learning how to balance your own books.
